FREE LIVE MASTERCLASS · TUESDAY 27 OCTOBER
The Buried Wisdom of Women
Understanding the season you are in
There are times when the life we've been living starts to feel too small for the woman we're becoming. A role changes. A way of coping stops working. Something in us asks for more room, and we have very little language for what's happening.
Join Paula Conroy for one free hour exploring the four seasons of a woman's life (Maiden, Mother, Maga and Crone) and what the season you're in may be asking of you now.
Date: Tuesday 27 October
Time: 7:30–8:30pm AEDT (Sydney and Byron Bay)
8:30am London Time
10:30am South African Time
12:30pm Dubai time
18:30 Brisbane time

Nothing in nature blooms all year…..
So why do we expect it of ourselves?
We make plenty of room for beginnings, growth and achievement. We're far less sure what to do when something needs to end, or when we need time before the next step becomes clear.
Often we arrive in a new season of life still answering it with the tools of an earlier one. We keep proving ourselves when we need to hear our own voice. We keep giving in ways we can no longer sustain. We rush into the next beginning without marking what has ended.
It isn't that you're failing. The tools belong to an earlier season.
Four seasons. One question at the centre:
What is needed of me now?
Maiden · Spring. Curiosity, courage, a voice of your own. What is beginning in me?
Mother · Summer. Care, creation and responsibility, including care for yourself. What am I tending, and does that care include me?
Maga · Autumn. The harvest of experience, discernment and truth-telling. What have I learned, and what can I stop carrying?
Crone · Winter. Perspective, rest and the wisdom of enough. What needs time, perspective or support?
*These are a reflective map, not boxes. All four live in every woman, and you don't need children or a particular age to belong.
In one hour, you'll leave with:
A map of the four seasons and how each one shapes the way we love, lead and look after ourselves
An understanding of the distinct phases that all women transition through in their lives
A way to spot an old response that no longer fits the life you're living now.
A short guided reflection to name what's changing for you and one small next step.
An understanding of rites of passage (separation, transition and integration) and why a change needs somewhere to land
A deeper connection to the journey of feminine consciousness and how this can come alive in your life
"I did every leadership programme on offer. None of them taught me what it means to lead as a woman."
About me: Your Guide
I'm Paula Conroy, founder of The Frequency. Before this work, I spent fifteen years in corporate banking, including as a country head. Planning, performance and achievement shaped how I moved through the world, and I was very good at the five-year plan. What the plan never told me was how to recognise an ending, make room for uncertainty, or understand why something that once fitted no longer did. My own transitions led me to Rites of Passage, circle and story. On my fortieth birthday I chose to mark one consciously, and I'll share what that taught me, including what kept unfolding afterwards. You're welcome here if…
Something in your life is shifting and you can't quite name it yet
You're starting something, leaving something, or caught somewhere in between
You lead a team, a family or a community and you're tired of leading on borrowed rules
You're at midlife or menopause, or nowhere near it
You're curious about women's wisdom and want something practical, not fluffy
You have a daughter and are curious to understand what is unfolding for her through this lens of archetypes
This is for adult women at every stage of life. You don't need children, a menstrual cycle or any experience of women's circles. Men who want to understand and support the women in their lives are warmly welcome too.
Curious men and every gender are welcome to, if they wish to understand the women and daughters in their worlds through this lens of Wisdom.
The masterclass is personal learning and reflection. It isn't therapy or medical care, and you never have to share.

Community Love for Paula’s facilitation
“There’s a level and depth of attention and care that Paula brings to the space. I’ve been really struck by her attentiveness to the group and to individuals, and there’s a certain power to Paula’s facilitation that I really appreciate.”
“You come off the mountain exhausted after one of those camps, and a big hug from Paula and things just feel much, much better. That hug is quite symbolic of Paula’s presence: an enveloping presence of support and love.”
Scott - Olympian, Doctor, father
“Every time I got to sit in spaces with her, I felt her warmth, her connection and her willingness to bring everyone into the picture. Everyone felt seen and heard and understood.”
“There was safety built that she was able to hold throughout the whole experience.”
“I felt incredibly grateful to be part of those experiences with her and to see her shine in something that is just in her soul.”
Mandy - Social Media and Marketing, facilitator
“Paula has so much wisdom, which she willingly shares. There is an amazing openness to her. She’s very approachable.”
“To be in her presence in the training, along with the other women, was amazing.”
Marcus - Property Developer
In the Spirit of Honesty….
At the end of the hour I'll share Living the Seasons of Your Life, a four-week live series starting Tuesday 3 November (AUD250) for anyone who wants to go deeper. There's no obligation. The masterclass stands on its own.
