Buried Wisdom of women
MASTERCLASS
Which season of life are you in, and what passage have you been carrying unmarked?
Grab a journal and a pen. About 43 minutes in there's a short, private reflection, and it's worth pausing to do it.
If something in you stirred… you may be at a threshold
We don't need another plan. We need a passage.
The masterclass only scratched the surface. The Buried Wisdom of Women: Living the Seasons of Your Life is four live evenings where we move through the passage together, being witnessed in community, not watching from the outside.
Four live Tuesdays · 3, 10, 17 and 24 November · 7:30–8:45pm AEDT · Live online Brisbane 6:30pm · Perth 4:30pm · Dubai 12:30pm · South Africa 10:30am · UK 8:30am
What's included
Four live 75-minute sessions with Paula
A participant workbook and weekly journal prompts
Optional paired listening, with private alternatives
The Moon Practice, your plan to carry the change into Christmas
We begin Tuesday 3 November. Doors close at 7pm AEDT.
What you'll discover
You already know this woman.
Nothing in her life has fallen apart. She's capable, she's the one people rely on, and she's holding it all together. And yet she's living a few degrees away from herself.
Maybe she's still proving herself as if she were 25. Maybe she's still mothering everyone except herself. Maybe she's pushing past what her body is asking for.
In this masterclass you'll:
Name the season of life you're in now
Recognise a passage you may have been carrying unmarked
Leave with one question that changes how you meet yourself
You are not failing. You are standing at a threshold.
The map our culture buried
Nothing in nature blooms all year. Trees don't apologise for autumn, and winter isn't nature failing. Yet women are asked to live in a permanent summer.
All four seasons live in every woman. Each one takes its turn as the main invitation.
When a passage goes unmarked, we carry the wounds of one season into the next. The wounded Maiden brings her basket of burdens to the table. The mature Mother brings her basket of gifts
"You haven't disappeared. You've just stopped performing for the eyes that were never yours to please."

Your guide
Paula Conroy
Paula spent fifteen years in corporate banking, rising to Country Head of client management for an institutional bank in Australia. She led a team of more than 40 and managed over 2,500 clients. "I wanted to be like the men, or be liked by the men," she says. She did every leadership programme on offer. None of them taught her what it means to lead as a woman.
Today, through The Frequency, Paula leads women's circles and Rites of Passage, and trains facilitators in this work. She guides women through the passages no one showed us. The series draws on her book, The Initiated (coming soon).
