There is something quite special that happens when people sit in an intentional circle.

No fixing. No solving, No Saving, No interrupting. No performing.

Just being seen. And deeply listened to.

It sounds simple.

But it’s rare.

Our current

I didn’t arrive in this work through theory. I arrived through my own transitions.

Moments where what I had built no longer aligned with who I was becoming or who or came here to be.

Moments that asked more of me:
more honesty
more courage

There are a few moments in life where who you’ve been no longer fits…

but who you are becoming is not yet fully formed.

Like the transformation of the caterpillar into the butterfly... its has to dissolve completely into caterpillar so

We have removed rites of passage from modern life…
and then we wonder why people feel lost in transition.

There was a time when life’s thresholds were marked. When you didn’t have to navigate BECOMING alone.

Now we expect people
